Nigel Smart – Director
One of the founding directors, Nigel has 12 years experience primarily on List Management. Previously at Columbus/Highbury Direct Media.

Laura Ruby – List & Insert Broking
Previously at Book Club Associates, with 15 years experience across List and Insert Management and Broking, Laura joined the company early 2006.

Rachael Justice – List & Insert Broking
With 5 years experience across List Management and Broking, Rachael joined Evolution mid-2006. Previously at Prime Prospects List Marketing (Australia).

Nicola Foster – Office Manager
Nicky has been with Evolution since the beginning, having previously worked with the founding directors at Columbus/Highbury Direct Media.

Amelia joined Evolution in March 2008 with over three years experience of direct marketing.

Majella joined us in July 2008, after relocating to London. Majella brings excellent accounting knowledge and over 7 years experience in the accounts industry.
